What if I don’t like the items I have ordered?
We hope you love your new things, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work for you. That’s why you are welcome to return an item to us if you change your mind.
You must contact us asap (within 14 days of receiving your order) so we can arrange the return. Your order will be refunded less the cost of returning the item to us. All goods need to be returned in their original packaging, unused and unassembled if applicable.
What if my item is damaged during delivery?
Don’t worry, we know sometimes accidents can happen. Just let us know as soon as possible and in any event, within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement of the item and collection of the damaged item.
What if my item fails?
Any manufacture or product quality issues can be returned for a refund within a period of 180 days or replaced free of charge up to 365 days.
